HERMETICALLY SEALED TRANSFORMERS

Advanced Protection

Built for Reliable Operation

MSC Transformers offers hermetically sealed transformers designed to protect transformer insulation from moisture and external environmental conditions. Their sealed construction supports reliable performance, reduced maintenance requirements, and long-term operational efficiency.

Product Details

The Hermetically Sealed Distribution Transformer (100 kVA to 2500 kVA, up to 33 kV) is designed as per IS 1180 (Part 1): 2014, Levels I to III. It features a fully sealed tank without a conservator, minimizing maintenance and preventing moisture ingress. Operating at 50 Hz in a three-phase Dyn11 configuration, it offers high efficiency with OCTC or OLTC options and ONAN cooling. The flexible corrugated tank accommodates oil expansion, enhancing durability. With reduced losses, eco-friendly oil options, and compact design, it’s ideal for reliable, low-maintenance power distribution.
